Initial Consultation

During his initial consultation, Mark Piper will take the time to listen to your ideas and evaluate your requirements. He understands that every client is unique, and he will tailor his services to accommodate your specific needs. Mark Piper has experience working with clients of all levels of design experience. He has worked with clients who have never embarked on a creative project before, as well as clients who have a deep understanding of design. No matter where you fall on this spectrum, he will work with you to create a design that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations. Mark Piper’s goal is to provide a collaborative and supportive environment that allows you to achieve your vision.  

Sketch Proposal and Estimate

After an estimate has been approved by the client, we can start the detailed design process. This typically involves creating elevation drawings or 3D models to provide a clear visual representation of the finished product. However, it is important to note that more complex designs, such as custom furniture pieces, may require additional services that come at an added cost. He always makes sure to discuss any potential additional charges upfront with his clients, so there are no surprises down the line. Mark Piper encourages his clients to discuss their specific needs with us so that he can provide the best possible service and ensure that everyone is on the same page throughout the process.

Manufacture 

When it comes to manufacturing a product, the workshop plays a crucial role in ensuring that the design is successfully turned into a tangible item. The first step in the process is receiving approval of the detailed design, which is then followed by the requirement of a deposit before manufacturing can commence. Typically, a deposit of 33% is required upon order, with stage payments requested for larger contracts. However, for smaller projects, a deposit and balance on delivery may be requested.  

Once the deposit has been received, the workshop time is booked, and the details regarding the delivery time are ironed out. This process is essential to ensure that the manufacturing process runs smoothly and meets the agreed-upon deadlines. On larger contracts, regular communication between the workshop and the client is necessary to provide updates on the progress of the project and to discuss any issues that may arise. Ultimately, the workshop manufacture process is a collaborative effort between the client and the workshop to produce a high-quality product that meets the client’s specifications. 

Installation

At Mark Piper, understands that having work done in your home can be a disruptive experience. That is why he does everything he can to complete as much of the work as possible in our workshop, before coming to your property for the installation. 

When Mark Piper does come to your home for installation, he takes great care to ensure that the work is completed with a minimum of fuss and mess. Mark Piper is an experienced installer who is always courteous, professional, and respectful of your home. He uses protective coverings to prevent any damage to your floors or furniture and clean up any mess that is made during the installation process. Mark Piper’s goal is to leave your home looking as good as it did before we arrived, with the added benefit of a beautiful new kitchen, bedroom, furniture, or office. 

 His goal is to provide you with quality workmanship and a stress-free experience, so you can enjoy your new installation without any hassle.
